The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

S. B. 618 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §31-15-12b, relating to the authority of the Economic Development Authority to make loans for existing indebtedness to preserve jobs and support tourism; and authorizing the Economic Development Authority to make loans under certain circumstances and subject to certain limitations.”
